Privacy & service terms
WorkCorpus is an independent workflow-data sourcing offering operated by Ian Frick. For business inquiries or privacy requests, contact workcorpus@proton.me.
The brief builder
The builder runs in your browser. Its application code does not send your entries to a server, store them in browser storage, or submit them to an AI model. Entries remain in the current page until you leave or reload it. A downloaded brief is saved on your device.
“Open email draft” passes the brief to your email application, addressed to workcorpus@proton.me. You decide whether to send it. If you send it, we receive your company name, contact address and the business description and selections you included. We use this information to assess and respond to your inquiry and to discuss an engagement. We do not sell inquiry contact details or use inquiry content to train models.
Hosting and email
The public workcorpus.com site uses Cloudflare. ChatGPT Sites hosts an owner-private review copy, and Proton Mail hosts our business inbox. Hosting and email services may process technical request information and messages under their own policies. This site includes no application analytics, advertising pixels or third-party fonts. Infrastructure-level logging and security controls are outside the brief builder.
Retention and requests
We keep inquiry correspondence only as needed to assess and manage the inquiry, meet recordkeeping obligations, or resolve disputes. Retention is reviewed manually; this page does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule. To request access, correction or deletion of inquiry correspondence, email workcorpus@proton.me. Do not send sensitive information or raw datasets in an inquiry.
No rights granted by an inquiry
Submitting a description does not grant us a license to sell, train on, distribute or publish your underlying data. Any sample transfer or license requires a separate written agreement identifying the owner, permitted uses, restrictions and handling requirements. The initial service excludes sensitive personal datasets and records for which the necessary licensing authority is absent.
Service scope and fees
The advertised $1,500 USD sourcing sprint is a proposed fixed-fee research engagement, subject to agreed scope and availability before invoicing. It produces a dataset specification, candidate research and a recommendation or no-fit report. It does not guarantee access to a dataset, a supplier match, a buyer, or improved model performance. Timing, deliverables, acceptance, cancellation, refund and any applicable tax terms must be agreed in writing before payment.
If agreed separately, the proposed brokerage fee is 20% of the first-year dataset license value, paid by the buyer, with the sprint fee credited against that fee. For example, a $25,000 first-year license would imply a $5,000 total brokerage fee, of which $1,500 was already paid for the sprint and $3,500 remains. This is a fee illustration, not a transaction or earnings claim. Supplier license charges are separate and paid directly to the supplier. WorkCorpus service payments will be processed through the Frick Technology Stripe account after scope is agreed. WorkCorpus uses its own service descriptions and billing records within that merchant account. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms. This website does not collect payments. Any payment request follows an agreed engagement.
Examples and assessments
All example records are synthetic format demonstrations. They are not customer data or advertised inventory. Readiness results are generated by fixed rules from unverified visitor statements. They do not verify rights, privacy compliance, quality or availability and are not legal advice.
Independent business
WorkCorpus uses its own brand, domain and inbox. Dedicated marketing accounts are planned. No customer records or permissions from another business are used as dataset inventory.
